The original engineering plans looked great on paper, but once we got on-site, we saw they didn’t align with real-world conditions.
This project began with a set of engineering plans, but once we got on-site, it was clear that adjustments were needed. The original design didn’t fully account for real-world conditions, so we reworked key portions to ensure a structurally sound and functional space.
One of the most critical challenges was supporting the custom steel pergola over the grilling area. To secure it properly, we installed large, deep concrete pylons, ensuring long-term stability and durability.
The Daybreaker design process utilized CAD software and 3D renderings, ensuring a harmonious flow throughout the space.
The result is a breathtaking backyard oasis that seamlessly blends beauty and functionality, creating an ideal space for relaxation and making lasting memories.

Beyond structural adjustments, we also had to locate and reroute utilities to fit the new design while maintaining essential services. Precise measurements and elevations were crucial, as every concrete foundation and steel structure had to be placed with absolute accuracy for a flawless final result.
