After a topographical survey of the entire property, the team used skilled earthwork to reshape the landscape, achieving the perfect balance of elevation and slope.
Part of the work involved resolving a two-foot drop from the house to the end of the patio area. We leveled the ground using excavated clay and topsoil from the patio and pool area to achieve the proper slope. Lush landscaping and a discreet equipment enclosure completed the transformation.
Paver walkways lead from the home to the outdoor living area, making a smooth transition between inside and out. The Daybreaker team built a spacious gathering space with an outdoor kitchen area, ideal for entertaining. A cozy firepit adds warmth and ambiance, perfect for year-round enjoyment.
The Daybreaker design process utilized CAD software and 3D renderings, ensuring a harmonious flow throughout the space.
