At Daybreaker Landscapes we take the design and installation of your outdoor space to a level far beyond our competition. In addition to our full survey solutions, we offer full 3D design services. This allows us to take your goals and visions for your outdoor project and translate them into 3D designs to help you visualize the final project. This also helps guarantee that you can get the project of your dreams and see a visual representation before the project even begins!
We offer this as stand-alone service or in conjunction with the construction of your outdoor project.
How does the 3D design process work?
The first step usually consists of an initial site visit to view your property and the space in which you are looking to construct your outdoor space. After a discussion about your goals for the project, we will take rough dimensions and before photos. We will also ask for any supporting documents you can provide, such as a plat of survey. We will then upload your documents and begin designing a 3D model of your existing house or building along with the proposed patio or outdoor space incorporating your design input and utilizing our extensive design experience. Once an initial draft is complete we will send you photos via email and a link to a flyover video. After reviewing we can make modifications based on your feedback. Our designs also include unlimited edits until you are happy with the design.
What happens next?
Once you are happy with the design and are ready to move forward we complete a more detailed topographical survey of your property and your design will be transferred to our CAD program. We will make final small modifications to make sure your project is to-scale to within 1/16” of accuracy! Your project will then be laid out per these dimensions prior to the start of the excavation.
Is there a charge for your design services?
In most cases, yes. Our 3D design starts at $350 and up depending on the scope and scale of your project. In certain instances, we waive this fee, such as a referral from a previous customer. We also apply this fee as a credit to the cost of your project should you contract with us to complete your project.
